Model providers move quickly, but the desktop app version should not decide when you can see a newly available model.

If a model is already available but FinchStory has to ship a full client release before it can appear, the catalog creates unnecessary delay. The model list and the desktop app can move on different schedules.

FinchStory now supports manually refreshing the latest model list. When you want to see what changed, you can refresh the catalog instead of first wondering whether the whole app needs an update.
The model catalog comes from FinchStory service
FinchStory service provides the current catalog and the desktop app retrieves it when needed. That lets provider changes reach the selectable model list sooner without tying every catalog change to a client release.
