Can you start reading the results of a task with a lot of output?
The short answer
Yes. When a task produces a lot of content, you can read the portion already shown. If more content is still being prepared, FinchStory displays “Processing” so you know the full result has not appeared yet.
Start with what is already visible
You do not have to wait for every part of a long result to appear before you begin reading. Look through the content on screen, then continue as more becomes available.
Know when more content is on the way
If the full output has not appeared, FinchStory shows “Processing.” The task can continue running while you can distinguish an incomplete display from a finished result.
What’s new
Read visible portions of large task outputs sooner.
See “Processing” while additional content is being prepared for display.
Keep working while long results are being displayed.
