Quota information is shown and refreshed per account, including the members currently visible when you need their latest status.

The loading state transitions smoothly into the real remaining amount, making the current quota easier to read.
Traffic statistics expand only when needed
The traffic card starts collapsed and expands from the full card; its expanded state is preserved when Settings refreshes.
