Ministral 3B can receive text and images and use FinchStory tools when needed, making local workflows substantially more capable.
Incomplete environments no longer get stuck loading
A case where model files existed but the runtime environment was incomplete could cause repeated loading. That is now fixed, along with failures caused by unsupported message formats.
