When AI finishes, you are closer to something you can actually ship
AI producing an answer does not mean the work is finished.
Keep moving AI output toward something usable, reviewable, shareable, or publishable, with less manual cleanup at the end.
Code still needs to run. Content still needs layout. A webpage still needs to be opened and checked. An installer still needs signing, notarization, and a real installation test. Many AI tools stop at “here is the answer,” while the real goal is something you can use, share, or ship.
Generated output is only a stop along the way
FinchStory is pushing the workflow further toward delivery. When a task should create a real file, it should create the file. When the result can be previewed, you should be able to inspect it. When something needs validation, that check should happen before the work is called done.
Move AI work closer to real delivery
This is not about making AI “do everything automatically.” It is about reducing the pile of manual finishing work that appears after the generation step.
The useful measure of AI work is not how much it generated. It is how close the result is to being truly delivered.
